John Greaves (Keyboards & Bass), Tim Hodgkinson (Keyboards), Geoff Leigh (Flute)
This has been released on the Elements DVD and is on the 2009 reissue of Tubular Bells.
The show is listed on the cover of the DVD, however there is not on the DVD.
